Let me bore you with the details of my love life. This here dude guy is Delfi, he's a kind guy and a wonderful father. I know many people have concerns in my personal life as to why we are not married and let me begin...
Our Start: We met in 2004 from a mutual guy friend. At this time he had long, dark thick gorgeous hair. I immediately was intrigued by this mysterious boy who showed up un announced on a very crazy day. He walks into my old apartment where like I said it was a crazy day so I turn around to greet this other friend and I saw him. It was amazing, he was so different and wouldn't even talk to me. So the chase was on, we became great friends soon after. That was all we were just friends until he invited me to the beach one weekend with another guy friend of mine. We sat up all night doing what young people do and I listened to him tell me stories about the world. I was in awe of him, here was this guy who was smart and caring telling me about his experience growing up with the State Department in Jerusalem. I was speechless I hadn't ever met such a well rounded boy. That was it and we were friends....we kept hanging out like friends do and one night everything changed.
From there on out we were best buds, he was mine and I was his. We didn't think about what was going on around us, since the world was ours. Then one day he knew....he knew that day that our lives were one. He knew that we had a little baby bean and we were in love.
Today: Four years later he is still that same loving and very strong willed man. Not so much a boy these days but I still see him as I did years ago. We are still best friends and we share every moment together. And although we are not married he is my best friend, I love him more then myself at times. Our choice to not rush into marriage has made us stronger and maybe one day we will and I can then share all my worries as a bride.
Until then...this is me and Delfi!
