Having high frequency acne treatment during pregnancy?

Hi there,
Technically at the end of 3rd week of my pregnancy, I went for a high frequency beauty treatment. In the 5th week I went for a whitening treatment. All without knowing that i am pregnant. Can this harm my baby? Please detail your knowledge on this and I am grateful.

It shouldn’t do any harm if you just did it once but I wouldn’t do it again without speaking to your doctor. Also just in case let you doctor know exactly what you did.
